Concerts & Projects Assistant
We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Concerts and Projects Assistant to join our team at Sinfonia Cymru. You will work with the General Manager to ensure the smooth planning and presentation of our chamber and orchestral projects. As Concerts and Projects Assistant, you will assist with rehearsal and concert management, and with logistical preparations for all of the orchestra’s activity, including booking accommodation and travel for musicians, preparing and distributing schedules to musicians, technical teams and venues, maintaining the music library catalogue and arranging the hire and preparation of parts.
This is a part time role of 4 days a week at a salary of around £19,200 per annum (based on a Full Time Equivalent salary of £24,000 per annum).
The deadline for applications is midday on 14th May 2025. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview on 20th or 21st May 2025, and will be asked to complete an interview and up to two short practical tasks. We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.

Marketing & Communications Manager
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team at Sinfonia Cymru. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in Sinfonia Cymru’s mission to provide exceptional and accessible classical music experiences to people across Wales.
By developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, collaborating with partner venues, and leading the creation of engaging marketing materials, you will enhance the orchestra’s profile and attract diverse audiences.
This is a part-time role of 3 days a week at a salary of £19,200 per annum (based on a Full Time Equivalent salary of £32,000 per annum). The deadline for applications is midday on 22 May 2025.
