NEWS FROM FEATURED ARTISTS COALITION (FAC)
The FAC Step Up Fund 2025, powered by Amazon Music is open for applications from Thursday 15th May.
Launched initially in 2022 to boost the development of talented artists who required support to move to the next stage of their careers, Step Up provides up to ten awardees with financial support of up to £8,000, alongside a broader package of benefits.
Artists can apply for support on any music-related projects over the course of a 12-month period, for activities such as recording, releasing, content creation, marketing and touring.
Awardees will receive up to £8000 in financial support as well as a one-year free membership and exclusive benefits with the Featured Artists Coalition and promotional support from Amazon Music.
FAC Support:

• free legal advice, exciting product discounts and premium access to the FAC
• membership platform (coming later 2025)
• Access to FAC advice and support
• Coaching sessions
• Network of successful applicants
Amazon Music benefits:
• Enhance playlist consideration and promotional support for new music
• Free 12-month subscription to Amazon Music
• Amazon Echo Studio device
• Consultation with Music Industry team to discuss future partnership opportunities
Eligibility:
The fund supports projects over the course of a 12-month period. Applications are welcome from professional artists of all genres, based in the UK.
Applicants must:
• Be aged 18+
• Have released at least three songs within the last year, with a minimum of 15k streams or one song with 45k streams on a UK chart eligible platform
• Not have an ongoing agreement with a major or large independent record label, or be in receipt of a large advance.
