Job: Head of Music | Arts Council of Wales

The Head of Music is a strategic leadership role focused on developing Wales’s diverse music sector, with particular interest in candidates with strong classical expertise. You will lead the creation of innovative programming and sustainable strategies that support musical excellence across genres including Classical, Opera, Jazz, Gwerin, and Contemporary music. You’ll build partnerships, champion Welsh talent nationally and internationally, and embed key priorities such as the Welsh language, climate action, and diversity and inclusion throughout all initiatives.
