Job: Relationship Manager (Night Out)

As Relationship Manager (Night Out), you’ll help bring high‑quality professional arts experiences to communities across Wales.

Working closely with the Head of Engagement and Communities, you’ll:

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the Night Out scheme
• Build strong, trusted relationships with community promoters and venues
• Support communities to host and enjoy professional arts activity
• Be a key advocate for community‑led arts, spending time on the ground, attending events, and helping communities get the most from the scheme.
• Alongside colleagues, you’ll contribute insight and intelligence to support the ongoing development of Night Out and wider community engagement work.
