UK Music | 2025 economic survey for music creators

NEWS FROM UK MUSIC:
As the collective voice for the UK music industry, UK Music needs information on creator’s earnings in 2024 to help it to calculate the economic contribution the industry made to the UK last year.
This information is vital to policymakers and helps UK Music and its members argue for support for creators to Government. And by taking part you could be in with a chance of winning one of our amazing prizes.
For the first time this year, we are asking questions about Artificial Intelligence so we can learn more about the impact that AI is having on the work and income of music creators.
The economic contribution will be published in UK Music’s annual This Is Music report in the autumn. Find out more about what UK Music do here.
The UK Music Creators’ Survey is open to anyone who is a full-time or part-time professional music creator. This includes artists, musicians, composers, songwriters, lyricists, singers, producers or engineers.
UK Music represents AIM, BPI, FAC, The Ivors Academy, MMF, MPA, MPG, Musicians’ Union, PPL andPRS for Music.
Just filling in the survey enters you into a prize draw where you could win one of several fantastic prize: a £100 Amazon voucher, a £100 GAK music store voucher or a £100 PMT music store voucher.
